It’s-s-s get-ting v-very cold in the B-big V-v!

A chocolatey delight has traveled from the magic chocolate wizards of Cottees to your humble bowl of ice cream. This heavenly syrup hardens and makes a big shell of chocolate over your ice cream – it’s bit of a wait, but it’s worth it!

But I can’t just leave it there – it’s so perfect and chocolatey that I’m going to save it a place on The Big V Food award! Funny though … most of the things on the list for the Award are mainly chocolate this year…

    Hi Orla! Ice Magic has been a long-time favourite of mine too. When I was your age I used to eat Ice Magic over jelly and vanilla icecream. I’d let it set and then smash it all up into a sweet swampy mess.

    It is funny that I just caught up on you writing about it now, because last night I wrote about how you can make Ice Magic at home. It is very quick and easy and only has 2 ingredients so you might like to try it sometime!
